Question 1. How can we get samples ?

Answer:

1. If we have ready goods for the samples you need, we will provide sample for you free of charge, you just need to pay delivery cost. This way we can send out sample within 2days.

2. If you don’t have ready goods for the samples you need, we will produce sample for you, you just need to pay small sample production cost and delivery.  Sample production normally takes 5 to 7 working days.

Note: Sample cost refundable at time of order

Question 2. Can you do our designs or produce to our ideas ?

Answer:

1. OEM and ODM is always welcome, we are happy with customer designs

2. We have our own design team, we have the ability to turn customer ideas into reality

3. Custom packing / Custom labeling / Custom logo all welcome with us

Question 3. What about the lead time for mass production?

Answer:

Production time depends on many factors, we can discuss this at time of order, but normally it’s 7 to 15 working days depending on quantity of order.

Question 4. What if we receive defected goods for our order ?

Answer:

1. We have 3 stage inspection for our goods at least, material, production, and finished goods inspection, we ensure every and each order with us is the quality that customer need.

2. In case of goods damage, we will figure out the reason and make according compensation

Question 5: What payment methods available ?

Answer:

1. Paypal, West Union and Bank account are all welcome with us

2. TT, L/C terms welcome
