Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: For bulk order 50pcs/design, but no MOQ for custom order! But custom order production cost is high as compare to bulk order.
Q. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample the courier cost.
Q. What is your terms of payment? A: T/T 70% as deposit, and 30% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. For samples, 100% deposit; For Bulk Orders: We take Payments VIA T/T Bank Wire, PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram 70 % Advance by bank our Performa invoice value to start production while the 30% balance will be transfer when the shipment will be ready to ship. Q: What's the production lead-time? A: Normally, take about 3-4 weeks, depends on your order quantity! Q. What is your terms of packing? A: Generally, we pack our goods in pp bags and cartons.
